JEWELRY

We recommend avoiding perfume and water on all jewels, particularly our gold-plated ones. 

APPAREL

You will find a paper inside the tag with the washing
instructions. Pleated textiles shouldn't be ironed or steamed, to keep
their nice folds. 

ACCESSORIES

To keep the nice color of the leather pieces, we recommend avoiding exposing them for a long time in the sun.

SHIPPING

We work with DHL for delivery of
orders all around the world. The shipping cost will be calculated at
checkout, once you enter the shipping address; it is based on your
location and volumetric weight of your selection. Once you submit your
order, the total includes shipping and the total cost of items
purchased. We offer free shipment for all orders above 300$.

We would like to clarify that our product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties applied outside of Lebanon. As
the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local
sales taxes potentially levied by the country you are shipping to.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon
arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we have
excluded these charges from all invoices issued from our website.

Once your order has been dispatched,
you will receive a confirmation email containing details of your order
as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress. At any time during
delivery, we will be your point of reference, ready to respond to your
concerns and offer you support throughout the procedure. Do not hesitate

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days from
the delivery date in the items' original conditions, unworn with the
dust bag, and tags. As the recipient, you are liable to cover the cost
of shipping back to our warehouse in Beirut. We only accept returns with
DHL, delivered to the following address:

Once the item is received, the refund will be processed.

Online orders can only be exchanged at the Vanina store in Beirut,
within 15 days of your purchase, upon presentation of your digital
invoice.
